Why does my proof in my cart not show the changes I requested?
Answer
The thumbnail image you see in your cart is just a sample and may not be indicative of the changes we've made on our end. (Though most of the time it will be.) If you approved the changes via email, that is the version we will print. Once you check out we will be printing your most recent approved proof. You may also click "view" under your thumbnail to view your approved proof.
