Can I apply a discount to a recently placed order?
Technically, Paper Culture and most of our partners' voucher terms state that a voucher or discount cannot be applied to previously placed orders. However, if you've just placed your order and you forgot to add your valid discount code, we would be happy to retroactively apply your voucher. If you contact us with your order number, we can refund you for the voucher amount. If a discount was applied to your order, we will refund you for the difference, since only one discount may be applied to any order.
