If you are having trouble uploading your photo, read through this list to see if these explanations fit. Otherwise feel free to contact us and we'll figure out what the problem is.
- Check the size of your photo. Generally any size photo should work, up to 25MB, at that point it may be too large.
- Restart your browser, or try logging out then logging back into your account. Our site tends to work the best on Firefox or Chrome, so switching browsers may help. You should also make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser, as that will give you the best experience with our site.
- Check file type. A JPEG file is the best, so choose files ending in .jpg or .jpeg. We can also accept PNG and GIF files, though these aren't optimal for photo printing. If you have a different file type the photo will not be available for upload.
- Email us. If none of these seem to be working, you can go ahead and continue with the customization without the photos, and just send the photos to us at contact@paperculture.com and we will add the photos to your card manually and send you back a proof. Just select "Request free designer assistance" at the end of the process before adding the card to your cart, and let us know to add the photos.
