FAQ's

• Can I use the voucher for other similar products?
  • Does the offer apply to other cards?
    • This voucher is for the 5.125x7” Flat Non-foil Cards with Premium (Single-Thick) Paper. Your voucher value will apply to other card formats and types. If you choose more expensive options (e.g. jumbo or square single-thick non-foil cards), the voucher will only cover the value of the stated cards so there may be a price difference you'll need to pay.
  • Does the offer apply to both sizes of the photo book?
    • This voucher is for a 20-page square (8.3"x8.3") photo book but you may purchase the horizontal (10.3" x 8.3") photo book or additional pages for additional costs. 
  • Can I use the voucher towards other Print sizes?
    • • Your voucher is for (80) 5x7 prints and (80) 8x10 prints. If you choose more expensive options, the voucher will only cover the value of the stated prints so there may be a price difference you'll need to pay.
• Can I use the voucher in two separate orders?
  • • The voucher must be used in full per the terms. 
• Can I return the deal?
  • This is a nonrefundable deal. For any questions, please contact Shoott at info@shoott.com. 
• Where/When do I receive the Paper Culture voucher?
  • The package is sold through Shoott’s website and they distribute the voucher in the order confirmation via email
• Can I purchase additional products than what's in the deal?
  • Yes! You can definitely order more and the incremental quantities will be added to the current price on the website.
• Can I have multiple card designs in the same order?
  • • You can have multiple designs that add up to the quantity you purchased. 
• Does the offer expire?
  • If you do not purchase your Paper Culture cards or photo books by January 31, 2024, the customer must contact Paper Culture to receive a voucher for the paid value that can be applied towards a future purchase (value must be redeemed in one order).
